Williamson County’s farming legacy offers a special chance to connect with the land and the families who care for it. To make the most of your visit, plan ahead by checking each farm’s hours and updates before you go. Dress for the weather, wear closed-toed shoes, bring water, and check in at the welcome spot when you arrive.
Remember, these are working farms— please follow posted signs, stay on marked paths, and supervise children at all times. Be respectful of each farm’s rules, dispose of trash properly, and enjoy learning from the people who make this community so unique!

Located at the Delvin Farm Store across the street from Arrington Vineyards, the Arrington Farmers Market features an array of farm, retail, and food truck vendors.

Tucked just behind the Puckett’s parking lot in downtown Franklin, Church Street Farmers Market offers a place to grocery shop for fresh produce while the kids play. Find food trucks to sweet tea, honey, and more.

Visitor Experience Tip: This stop is extremely kid-friendly with activities ranging from reading and coloring to fun games. Be on the lookout for their Facebook posts with updates on events for the little ones and occasional social media giveaways.
Tucked away in Franklin, Coleman Valley Alpaca Farm offers a one-of-a-kind escape for families and friends. Spend time with the owner, Doug, as you meet the alpacas, learn their quirks, and feed them their favorite treats. It’s an unforgettable experience you won't find anywhere else!

Right by The Factory's water tower lies a midweek treat! The Factory Farmers Market offers seasonal local good, including produce, meats, honey, baked treats, artisan crafts, and more. It's family-friendly (and pet-friendly!) and a great way to make your Wednesdays something special.

Tucked in the rolling hills just minutes from downtown Franklin, Gentry's Farm is a seventh-generation working farm that’s been in the same family since 1849. This historic spot transforms into a seasonal favorite with pumpkin picking, hayrides, a corn maze, and more. Don't miss this limited-time experience on the trail!
Hours: Gentry's is open weekends in October only—check their website, Facebook, and Instagram for exact dates, hours, and weather updates. Upon arrival, head to the check-in stand to purchase admission. They offer two free admissions (the ID holder + guest) with an active military ID.
Visitor Experience Tip: Most areas are handicap accessible, with handicap parking up front. Shuttle service is available upon request at the admission booth. Please note that wheelchairs may be hard to push on grass and gravel paths.
Made world-famous by The Hatcher Family Dairy series on Disney+, the Hatcher family's chocolate milk has been a Tennessee favorite for decades. Six generations have operated this working dairy farm in Williamson County since 1831. Today, visitors can stop by the on-site store for fresh milk, ice cream, eggs, butter, meats, and coffee drinks, or grab a sandwich and enjoy their picnic area at the farm store!
Don't miss the robotic milking system, viewable through a special observation area with educational displays, or the interactive “milk museum” and barn loft where kids can pretend to milk cows and sell milk at a farmers market.

Spend your Saturday afternoon shopping this Spring Hill market with vendors offering farm-fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, beef, pork, chicken, fish, baked goods, food trucks, pizza, and natural soaps.

Morning Glory Orchard is a local second-generation, family-owned farm, providing seasonal fun for all ages! Growing apples and peaches, the farm is open for visitors from mid-June until early November, depending on the weather. They specialize in fresh fruit, ciders, local honey, events, field trips, and more. In 2021, they became a farm winery and now sell hard cider as well. Please note, they do not offer u-pick.

Visitor Experience Tips: There are eight painted spots on the driveway, or you may park in the grass. Upon arrival, please make your way to the white barn with the "Welcome to Our Farm" sign. The store is open to the public during all operating hours. If you want to walk the orchard, those hours are limited, so please make sure to check their website & click on "Visit Our Farm" for details. You can see the orchard and take pictures even from the parking lot!
Noble Springs Dairy is a Grade-A goat dairy and artisanal goat cheese-making operation that was licensed in 2009. The dairy farm is nestled in the rolling hills just six miles from downtown Franklin. The sprawling property includes several valleys and natural springs and is protected by a conservation easement through The Land Trust For Tennessee, which means it will always be farmland.
Come to the farm to cuddle the baby goats, learn about the cheese-making process, and sample some of their farmstead goat cheese.

The Nolensville Farmers Market is more than just a place to shop: It’s where community comes to life. This producer-only market features fresh local produce, meat, eggs, baked goods, food trucks, and handcrafted goods from local artisans. Come for the food, stay for the community!

Open since 2018, Pinewood Christmas Tree Farm has offers fresh, pre-cut Tennessee Christmas trees (in four varieties) while their choice-and-cut trees continue to grow. Make memories with your family and friends on a hayride around the farm or by sipping hot chocolate and savoring a s’mores around the fire. Wreaths, roping, garland, and greenery are also available!

The Westhaven Farmers Market takes place in an open-air setting within the Westhaven community. Shoppers can find locally grown produce, fresh eggs, meats, baked goods, handmade crafts, and specialty products. Each December, the market also hosts a holiday pop-up featuring seasonal vendors. Admission is free, making it a convenient midweek stop for families and local shoppers!

Young Harvest Farm in Arrington offers hands-on workshops, seasonal events, and wellness experiences designed to bring people closer to nature and healthy living. Guests can learn the art of sourdough baking, explore herbalism, practice yoga in a renovated barn, or enjoy farm-to-table dinners in the farmhouse.
Founded by Chelsea and Greg Young, this 18-acre family-run farm was created to help others slow down and reconnect. It’s a place to discover the benefits of organic farming, sustainability, and holistic wellness in a welcoming, community-focused setting.
